Provision of Pest Control Services
Service Requirement – Pest Control Services FRV operates a large network of metropolitan and regional fire stations and associated buildings, grounds and external environments that require ongoing pest management to maintain health, safety, hygiene and operational readiness. The purpose of the Pest Control Services is to ensure that FRV facilities remain safe for personnel and visitors, compliant with health and environmental regulations, and protected from pest-related risks that may impact operations, asset condition or workplace wellbeing. Scope of Services The successful supplier will be required to deliver pest control services across FRV’s metropolitan and regional facilities, including: • Planned and preventative pest management programs • Reactive and emergency response services (24/7 availability • Site-specific pest risk assessments and treatment plans • Specialist pest treatments as required • Compliance documentation, reporting and service records • Advice on pest risk mitigation and environmental controls Services must be delivered in accordance with all applicable legislation, industry standards and FRV requirements, including occupational health and safety, environmental protection and chemical handling obligations.
