- Mandatory Compliance RequirementsInvitees must comply with mandatory requirements including attendance at mandatory site inspection, conflict of interest declaration, detailed mobilisation and transition plan, non-franchised commercial company status, direct employment of staff, established and ongoing furniture relocation services experience in large public spaces, compliance with scope of works/specifications, and maintaining Public Liability Insurance (minimum $20M) and Transit Insurance.
- Provision of skilled labour for manual handling and relocation of office assets and high-value furniture
- Furniture assembly and disassembly including Ready-to-Assemble furniture
- Protection of assets using moving blankets, shrink wrap, and floor protection
- Specialised handling of premium foyer and executive area furniture
- Site coordination with Arts Centre Melbourne representatives
- Provision of Site-Specific Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) prior to heavy lifting
- Compliance with PPE requirements (high-visibility vests and safety footwear)
- Notification of any damage before leaving site
- Attendance at mandatory briefing and site inspection sessions
