ARV manages a number of public and administrative facilities at Mt Buller Alpine Resort. ARV is looking to develop a partnership with Contractors to ensure that cleaning standards for these facilities are maintained and that appropriate levels of service are delivered throughout the contract term. This procurement is for a 3-year contract for the provision of cleaning services for Mt Buller Alpine Resort building facilities.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Compliance with Invitation Conditions
    Invitees must accept the provisions contained in Section A – Part 1 – About this invitation and Part B – Conditions of participation, and comply with Part A.2 – Specifications and Part C – Proposed Contract.
  • Financial Viability
    Invitees must comply with reasonable requests for additional information to enable Alpine Resorts Victoria to assess financial viability.
Deliverables
  • Routine cleaning services for Mt Buller public facilities and workspaces outside the Declared Snow Season
  • Routine cleaning services during the Declared Snow Season
  • Upon request cleaning with minimum 24 hours notice
  • Emergency cleaning within 24 hours
  • Deep cleaning services as required
  • Provision of cleaning products and equipment
  • Compliance with specified cleaning standards and occupational health and safety requirements
Evaluation Criteria
Compliance with Specifications and Contract

Assessment of compliance with Part A.2 – Specifications and Part C – Proposed Contract.

Capability

Knowledge, experience, resources, systems, and value-adding factors relevant to the cleaning services.

Capacity to Deliver

Staff induction, training, building inspection, communication, quality monitoring, and complaint handling processes.

Past Experience

Relevant years of experience and examples of similar contracts with client references.

Occupational Health and Safety

OHS policies, management systems, training, hazard identification and mitigation, and compliance.

Pricing

Lump sum pricing for routine services and schedule of rates for additional services.
