The only eligible organisation under this Program is NIDA.

Deliverables

Capital improvements to the NIDA building, including security, WHS, air-conditioning, lighting, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and structural works.

Evaluation Criteria

Milestone Achievement

Milestones must be met and demonstrate value with relevant money.

Prolonging Building Life

Activity must prolong the useful life of the Commonwealth-owned building.

Timely and Budgeted Delivery

Activity must be delivered on time and within budget.

Risk Level

The level of risk associated with the activity must be acceptable.
