Eligibility Criteria
  • Legal Entity of Respondent
    Responses must be submitted by a legal entity or, if a joint response, by legal entities, with the capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Minimum Booking Term
    The term of the proposed facility use must be for a minimum booking of at least 7 days or a recurring booking of any length.
  • Financial Capability of the Respondent
    The Office reserves the right to reject any response if the Office judges the Respondent does not have the appropriate financial or management capability or capacity.
  • ABN Requirements
    Respondents must normally be registered for GST and state their ABN in their response, although the Office may consider those without an ABN at its discretion.

  • Compliance with eligibility and compliance criteria

Minimum Booking TermMandatory

Responses must meet the minimum booking period of at least 7 days.

Disclosure of any current or past legal proceedings.

Modern Slavery ComplianceMandatory

Confirmation of compliance with the Modern Slavery Act (NSW) 2018.

Financial Capacity and CapabilityMandatory

Demonstration of financial health and capacity to deliver the proposal.

Conflict of InterestMandatory

Disclosure of any conflicts of interest.

Compliance with Statement of RequirementsMandatory

Agreement to comply with all requirements in RFP Part B.

Capacity and Capability40%

Assessment of the Respondent's capacity and capability to deliver the proposed services.

Evaluation of the financial offer made by the Respondent.
