Eligibility Criteria

Compliance with Product Specifications
Respondents must confirm compliance with the product specifications in Part D and provide supporting documentation including ENM/VENM classification certificate and recent test results.
WHS Management System
Respondents must provide evidence of their WHS Management System, including ISO 45001 certification or a documented WHS Management System.
Insurance Requirements
Successful suppliers must provide insurance details and a certificate of insurance at the time of contract award for public liability and workers compensation.

Deliverables

Supply approximately 5,000 m³ of certified ENM or VENM material
Transport and deliver material to the tip area located approximately 2 km west of Cobar along the pipeline road
Provide certification confirming material is classified as ENM or VENM in accordance with relevant NSW EPA requirements
Submit a traffic management plan prior to works being undertaken
Provide insurance details and/or a certificate of insurance at the time of contract award

Evaluation Criteria

Experience & Similar Projects30%

Describe up to three (3) projects where you have supplied and delivered ENM or VENM material of similar location and/or volume (≥5,000 m³).

Availability & Delivery Schedule30%

Confirm your ability to supply approximately 5,000 m³ within the required timeframe.

Compliance with Product Specifications40%

Confirm compliance with the product specifications in Part D and provide supporting documentation.
