Eligibility Criteria

    Tenderers must have an accredited Work Health and Safety Management System if applicable.
  • Aboriginal participation
    Tenderers must demonstrate commitment and capacity to facilitate Aboriginal participation in accordance with the NSW Government Aboriginal Procurement Policy.
  • Compliance with Modern Slavery requirements
    Tenderers must provide information about modern slavery risks in their business and actions taken to address these.
Deliverables
  • Repair wearing surface through water blasting on the New England Highway from Willow Tree to Armidale (approximately 180km) by 30th June 2026.
  • Provisional water blasting works from Arding to Glencoe to be completed by 31st December 2026.
