PQQ Specialised psychological and wellbeing support services
Austin Health is seeking suitability qualified and experienced Supplier(s) to deliver specialised psychological and wellbeing support services (SPWSS) to our workforce to complement an EAP/CIR service and is pleased to invite you to respond to this PQQ.
The aim of the questionnaire is to:
• Identify suppliers with experience in delivering this neiche services to a large metro tertiary healthcare service
• Identify the number of suitable suppliers in the Australian market
• Understand the indicative costs
• Understand different service models that will help develop the scope for our future ITS
• Understand suppliers proposed resourcing structures for this type of project
Following the evaluation of the PQQ submissions, suitable suppliers may be shortlisted and invited to respond to a formal Invitation to Supply (ITS). Further information on this next market engagement will be shared with these shortlisted suppliers.

Wellbeing Workforce
Parkville Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing services (PYMHWS) was established in July 2025, as Victoria’s first dedicated youth public mental health service.
PYMHWS operates the Parkville Youth Prevention and Recovery Centre (YPARC) located at 35 Poplar Rd Parkville Victoria, it is a voluntary, subacute, community bed based mental health and wellbeing service for young people aged 16–25.
PYMHWS seeks to engage with a non-government organisation (NGO) partner to be the service provider under a services agreement for an initial three-year period to:
Provide the youth wellbeing and lived experience workforce at the 20 bed YPARC.
Partner with PYMHWS to tailor support and interventions to the recovery needs of each young person based on their clinical and psychosocial presentation.
Work alongside PYMHWS’s clinical team under PYMHWS’s Clinical Governance Framework.
Demonstrate alignment with the PYMHWS vision, mission, values and program criteria.
Achieve a value for money service within the Victorian public health service by using funding appropriately and efficiently.

MRFF - EPCDRI - 2025 Childhood Mental Health Research Grant Opportunity
The Medical Research Future Fund (MRFF) Emerging Priorities and Consumer-Driven Research initiative aims to enable or support research that improves patient care and translation of new discoveries, and encourage collaboration between consumers and researchers. Funding from this Initiative will support the development of new diagnoses, treatments and cures, and the translation of new discoveries into clinical practice.
Three topics of funding are available based on the primary focus of the research or the geographic location of the organisation undertaking the majority of the research. The objective of this grant opportunity is to:
Topic A (Aim 2 of Research Plan; TCR): improving the mental health of First Nations children through research led by First Nations researchers that includes meaningful involvement of First Nations communities.
Topic B (Aim 2 of Research Plan; TCR): the organisation undertaking the majority of the research is based in any area according to the Modified Monash Model locator (MM1–7).
Topic C (Aim 2 of Research Plan; TCR): the organisation undertaking the majority of the research, the Chief Investigator A and 50% or more of all Chief Investigators, and all research participants are primarily based in a regional, rural or remote area according to the Modified Monash Model locator (MM2–7).
Applicants to this grant opportunity must propose research that addresses one of the three Topics of research. An application may only be submitted to one of the above three Topics. Applicants must specify the Topic to which they are applying in their application.
This grant opportunity is being administered by NHMRC on behalf of the Australian Government Department of Health, Disability and Ageing.

Accelerating MND Research through the Neale Daniher MND Clinical Network
The Program is managed under Outcome 1: Health Policy, Access and Support, Program 1.1: Health Research, Coordination and Access of the Portfolio Budget Statements. The Health Research, Coordination and Access Program aims to better equip Australia to meet current and future health needs of all Australians through the delivery of evidence-based health policies; improved access to comprehensive and coordinated health care; ensuring sustainable funding for health services, research and technologies; and protecting the health and safety of the Australian community.
The Accelerating Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Research through the Neale Daniher MND Clinical Network grant opportunity aims to establish the Neale Daniher MND Clinical Network (the Network) through an investment of $40.1 million over four years (from 2025-26). The Network will accelerate the development and delivery of effective treatments, expand clinical trials, transform outcomes for patients with MND – and ultimately a cure for MND, a devasting neurodegenerative disease with no cure and an average life expectance of 27 months post diagnosis.
