Overview
Austin Health is seeking suitability qualified and experienced Supplier(s) to deliver specialised psychological and wellbeing support services (SPWSS) to our workforce to complement an EAP/CIR service and is pleased to invite you to respond to this PQQ. The aim of the questionnaire is to: • Identify suppliers with experience in delivering this neiche services to a large metro tertiary healthcare service • Identify the number of suitable suppliers in the Australian market • Understand the indicative costs • Understand different service models that will help develop the scope for our future ITS • Understand suppliers proposed resourcing structures for this type of project Following the evaluation of the PQQ submissions, suitable suppliers may be shortlisted and invited to respond to a formal Invitation to Supply (ITS). Further information on this next market engagement will be shared with these shortlisted suppliers.

- Provision of trauma informed/post incident psychological support in last 12 monthsSuppliers must have provided trauma informed or post incident psychological support services in any health, emergency or community service within the last 12 months.
- Provision of specialised psychological and wellbeing support services complementing existing EAP/CIR services
- Services including individual psychological support, manager supervision/coaching, wellbeing sessions, incident debriefing, training, and onsite/telehealth/in-clinic options
- Capability to provide culturally safe services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff
- Reporting and feedback systems
- Pricing models and optional add-ons details
- Compliance with background checks, code of conduct, staff qualifications, registrations, and vaccinations
Assessment of supplier's recent experience providing SPWSS and trauma informed/post incident psychological support services.
Evaluation of service delivery timeframes, capacity to scale workforce, risk management, service model inclusions, cultural safety, and reporting systems.
Assessment of pricing models, additional charges, recruitment checks, code of conduct policies, staff qualifications, registrations, and vaccination compliance.
