- Native Title Respondent FundingFunding is available under section 213A of the Native Title Act 1993 for respondents whose interests are adversely affected or who benefit from Indigenous Land Use Agreements.
- Disbursement Support SchemeAvailable to individuals involved in Commonwealth, non-criminal law matters who cannot receive legal aid or assistance from other schemes. Applicants must demonstrate the merits of their case and inability to pay costs.
- ASIO SchemeApplicants must be subject to a warrant under Division 3 of Part III of the ASIO Act 1979 and not receiving financial assistance from a legal aid commission.
