Details
- Conflict of Interest DeclarationRespondents must provide a declaration of any conflicts of interest (actual, potential or perceived) including any details of any relationship with any organisation or person which does or could be perceived to give rise to a conflict of interest in connection with the provision of the services and/or goods required under this ITR or the proposed Standing Offer Head Contract.
- Formal ITR Application and Acknowledgement of any AddendaRespondents must complete the Application Form and list all Addenda the Respondents have taken into consideration when preparing their Response.
- Insurances and ConfidentialityRespondents must confirm that they can meet the level of insurance requirements and complete a Confidentiality Deed Poll when preparing their Response.
- Standing Offer Head ContractRespondents must comply with the terms of the proposed Standing Offer Head Contract.
- Proven track record in liaising between innovative Workshop ICT suppliers and industrial manufacturing facilities.
- Experience operating within the NSW government rules and regulations for suppliers.
- Develop a catalogue offering of relevant items and accessories that may be of interest to WPCA (and any other Eligible Customer) on a bi-annual basis for WPCA (or the Eligible Customer's) review.
- Respond to enquiries from WPCA (and any other Eligible Customer) within a 48 hour window from message receipt.
- Responsible for providing lead time, shipping cost, and allowable alternates (if requested) at the time of any quote request from WPCA (and any other Eligible Customer).
- Provide information on packing, shipping, and delivery of equipment or orders, including ensuring this meets with regional requirements and modes of transport being utilised.
- Compliance with all NSW policies, directions and guidelines for registration, insurances, certificates of conformance, test certificates, or other specifications as they arise, including the requirement to register on the buy NSW Supplier Hub.
Relevant experience supplying Workshop ICT to larger customers, manufacturing R+D facilities, and individual entities for items included in this procurement.
Your proposed methodology and process for providing the service, including approach to maximising product availability for timely delivery.
Overview of your approach to customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction, including internal process from quote request to order fulfillment.
