Applicants must be a legal entity recognized and acceptable to the Principal. EOIs will not be considered from firms under any form of external administration, or from any Trusts or non-incorporated entities.
NSW Buy Registration
All suppliers must be registered on NSW Buy to participate in this opportunity.
NSW ICT Scheme Membership
Membership in the ICT Services Scheme is mandatory for all suppliers wishing to respond to this opportunity.
Australian ABN
Holding an Australian ABN is mandatory to register with both NSW Buy and the ICT scheme.
Compliance with Standards
The proposed system must comply with Spectrum 5, CCO, CDWA, ISAD(G), and Australian privacy laws.
