Albury Wodonga Health is seeking a Construction company for their Willows CCU Redevelopment. The new Willows CCU residences will be constructed on vacant land directly adjacent to the existing facilities, ensuring service continuity during construction. This Request for Tender (RFT) is issued for the delivery of the Works under a Design & Contract (D&C) contract. Tenderers will be responsible for the completing all remaining design elements and delivering the works in accordance with the D&C contractual obligations set out in this RFT, the General Conditions of Contract, design documentation and the Scope of Works.
