Provision of 24/7 support services OT/SCADA systems across the water and wastewater network
Overview
Greater Western Water (GWW) is a Victorian water utility servicing the western and north-western suburbs of Melbourne and regional growth areas. The Organisation is seeking responses for the provision of the 24/7 support services for its OT/SCADA systems across the water and wastewater network. This includes remote monitoring, fault resolution, on-site response, preventative maintenance and integration of new system components. The comprehensive service specifications and requirements are outlined in Part A.2 Specifications. The OT/SCADA 24/7 Response Support Service will be awarded to a single supplier through competitive procurement process. The contract will include an initial term of three (3) years, with an option for a further one (1) plus one (1) year at GWW discretion, subject to satisfactory performance and operational requirements.
