    A driver's License must be held by all nominated personnel involved in mustering on park.
  • Compliance with Statement of Requirements
    Respondents must comply with the statement of requirements outlined in the tender documents.
  • Royalty Fee Acceptance
    Respondents must sign the tender schedule to accept the 40% royalty fee payment.
  • Modern Slavery Information Form
    Submission of a duly completed Modern Slavery information form, as specified in the Response Form, in a manner acceptable to the Department.
