Albury Wodonga Health is seeking a construction company for their renal expansion project ALBURY BASE HOSPITAL: Recommissioning of two (2) existing renal care points within Medical Ward 2 (Room 6) WODONGA RENAL DIALYSIS SERVICE: Expansion of both the Satellite Renal Dialysis service, from nine (9) to fifteen (15) care points and; Home Dialysis Service from one (1) to three (3) care points.

Eligibility Criteria

Location
Work is to be performed at Albury Wodonga Health, Wodonga Hospital, NSW, Australia.
Scope of Work
Contractors must be capable of performing mechanical services including installation of ductwork, pipework, insulation, and associated mechanical components as per the provided mechanical drawings and specifications.

Deliverables

Installation of dual skin 100mm internally lined ductwork R3 or equal
Installation of 75mm externally lined ductwork with sisalation or equal
Installation of 50mm internally lined ductwork with 450 perforated sisalation RL2 or equal
Installation of uninsulated and spiral ductwork as specified
Installation of flexible ductwork and spigots with butterfly dampers
Provision of access panels suitable for equipment servicing and damper adjustment
Provision of seismic restraints and supports as per AS4254 Appendix C
Painting internal surfaces of register boxes and return air boxes/ducts with matt black
Installation of pipework including chilled water, heating hot water, condensate drainage, and drain waste as per schematic legend
Installation of valves including globe, butterfly, stop, check, pressure relief, motorized, and balancing valves as specified
Provision of vibration eliminators and flexible connections
Coordination with architectural and other services documents

Conditions & Exclusions

•All duct sizes noted are internal air first size noted denotes side of duct view
•Confirm all dimensions on site prior to installation
•All services to be concealed unless otherwise stated
•Any discrepancy or omissions between drawings and specifications to be addressed to BSG for clarification prior to close of tender
