Overview

Melbourne Water (MW) is seeking Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for the provision of Static & Mobile Security CCTV Units. The RFP will be conducted through MW's procurement system called Zycus. All submissions must be lodged through Zycus and all queries/clarifications are to be directed through the Zycus eForum. Access to the RFP will be via Zycus invitation only. Eligibility Criteria

Supplier Registration
Suppliers must register on the Melbourne Water Zycus Supplier Network (ZSN) by providing legal entity name, ABN and ACN (if applicable), banking details, and Melbourne Water contact and quote/tender reference.
Compliance with Code of Conduct
Suppliers must accept and adhere to the Melbourne Water Code of Conduct, ensuring ethical behavior and compliance with Victorian State and Commonwealth laws.

Conditions & Exclusions

•Only one primary address can be registered; additional locations can be added as secondary addresses.
•Suppliers must provide valid banking details for payment processing.
•Suppliers must verify their email via a One Time Password (OTP) during registration.
•If suppliers are existing users of ZSN with other clients, they should use the existing user login to register with Melbourne Water.
