Eligibility Criteria
  • Mandatory Participation Criteria
    Compliance with the Schedule of Mandatory Insurances: Public Liability Insurance - $20 million, Workers Compensation Insurance, Comprehensive Motor Vehicle Insurance, Works Insurance - 130% of Contract Value, Bank Guarantees - 2 X 2.5% of Contract value.
  • Non-Cost Evaluation Criteria
    Respondents must achieve a Non-Cost Evaluation Criteria Score of at least 60% of the 60% (i.e. score an average of at least 6 out of 10 for each weighted criteria).

  • Upgrade existing sewer pump stations BW10, BW11, BW12, and BW14
  • Installation of new rising mains and associated works
  • Commissioning of upgraded systems
  • Stakeholder consultation and notification
  • Environmental management and compliance documentation
