- Supplier Code of Conduct CommitmentRespondents must commit to the Victorian State Government Supplier Code of Conduct, acknowledging ethical, sustainable, and socially responsible procurement practices, and provide a signed commitment as part of their tender response.
- Insurance RequirementsSuppliers must provide insurance certificates including Public Liability, Product Liability, and Professional Indemnity with minimum coverage of $20 million each, although lower coverage may be submitted as non-compliant for legal consideration.
- Compliance with Modern Slavery LegislationSuppliers must comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth) and facilitate RMH's compliance by timely reporting and providing supply chain information.
- Supply of custom sterile procedure packs as per specifications
- Provision of Vendor Managed Inventory service
- Delivery of packs daily before 6am (with possible future delivery window adjustment)
- Warranty and servicing of supplied goods
- Provision of documentation including operational and technical manuals
- Compliance reporting including environmental impact reports
Assessment of how well the supplier meets the technical and commercial specifications outlined in the RFP.
Evaluation of pricing including fixed or variable pricing proposals and overall value for money over the contract term.
Assessment of supplier's experience in supplying custom packs, manufacturing or distribution capabilities, and ability to provide Vendor Managed Inventory.
Includes compliance with Victorian Government Supplier Code of Conduct, insurance requirements, modern slavery legislation, and other statutory obligations.
Willingness to accept RMH's contract terms and conditions as provided in the draft agreement.

- •Pricing must include all direct and indirect costs including manufacturing, delivery, and Vendor Managed Inventory service; no additional charges allowed beyond agreed unit price.
- •RMH does not guarantee any minimum order quantities; purchase orders will be issued as required.
- •Suppliers must comply with all relevant laws, standards, and RMH policies including occupational health and safety and infection control.
- •RMH reserves the right to reject non-compliant submissions or those failing to meet mandatory requirements.
