Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in Landscape ArchitectureTenderers must demonstrate experience in landscape architecture, particularly in flood-affected sites and water-sensitive urban design.
- Insurance RequirementsTenderers must provide evidence of Public Liability Insurance of $20,000,000 and Professional Indemnity Insurance of $10,000,000.
- Submission of Returnable SchedulesAll returnable schedules as outlined in Volume 5 must be completed and submitted with the tender.

- Design consultancy services for Cut Hill Reserve upgrade
- Assessment of flood constraints
- Development of a project budget within the WSIG grant application framework
- Consultation with Council regarding community use and event requirements
