Administration of the Insulin Pump Program
Overview
The program administrator will be engaged to provide administrative services to the Insulin Pump Program (IPP). The IPP is an ongoing Commonwealth program that provides fully subsided insulin pumps to eligible Participants. The successful Tenderer appointed will be required to: Manage an efficient application process, including assessment of eligibility and management of possible wait lists. Manage a database of applicants and Participants of the Program. Develop stakeholder communication and engagement strategies, including administering a program website. Establish formal relationships with the insulin pump panel supplier/s that supports the efficient ordering and delivery of insulin pumps to eligible Participants. Collect relevant information to monitor the effectiveness of the program. Conduct Quality of Life surveys of Participants. Meet Department reporting requirements.

- Judicial DecisionsThe Tenderer must not have had any judicial decisions against it (excluding decisions under appeal) relating to employee entitlements and have not satisfied any resulting order.
- Terrorist ListingThe Tenderer, its personnel, and any Subcontractors proposed in the Tender must not, at the Closing Time, be listed as terrorists under section 15 of the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945 (Cth).
- Consolidated ListThe Tenderer (and any Subcontractor proposed in its Tender) must not be named in the Consolidated list referred to in Regulation 40 the Charter of United Nations (Dealing with Assets) Regulations 2008 (Cth).
- Statements of Tax RecordThe Tenderer holds all Valid and Satisfactory Statements of Tax Record required for its entity type and for any first-tier Subcontractor proposed for contracts valued at $4 million or more (GST inclusive).

Includes alignment with program objectives, stakeholder engagement, flexibility, performance, and transition.
Includes organisational capacity and personnel qualifications.
Experience in providing similar services.
Per SCHEDULE 5, not weighted.
Includes Indigenous enterprise use, financial viability, compliance, and risk assessment.
