Overview

All Goulburn Valley Water Contractors who tender for work with a total of 100k or more will be required to have a third party certified safety system e.g. AS/NZS 4801:2001 The Supplier will provide harvesting and/or rehabilitation services, as directed, to convert tree plantations back into arable land. · Please submit your questions via the Forum quoting the RFT number 15/9281/26 - Forum Question Closing date is 14 April 12:00pm A Briefing Session will be held, via Microsoft Teams with representatives of the Corporation. Eligibility Criteria

Supplier Status
The Supplier must be a sole entity capable of entering into a standing offer agreement to provide the Services to the Organisation.
Compliance with Law and Policy
The Supplier must comply with all applicable laws, policies including the Victorian Public Sector Commission Code of Conduct, Supplier Code of Conduct, and Local Jobs First Policy.

Deliverables

Provision of forestry harvesting services as specified in Purchase Orders
Provision of rehabilitation services as specified in Purchase Orders
Delivery of Services in accordance with Service Level Requirements and Specifications
Provision of Milestones and Deliverables as per Purchase Orders

Conditions & Exclusions

•Supplier must not start performing or charge for Services until a Purchase Order Contract is formed.
•Supplier must provide Quotes within two Business Days of Request for Quote.
•Supplier is responsible for its own costs in preparing Quotes and Purchase Orders.
•Quotes must be in the form of a draft purchase order or as requested by the Organisation.
