Austin Health is seeking a supplier for the supply of three Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory custom packs, to replace the current contract expiring 30 September 2026. The proposed contract term is three years and three months, commencing from 1 October 2026 and ending on 31 December 2029.

- Supply of all three custom packsThe supplier must be able to supply all three custom packs: Electro Physiology Custom Pack, Angio Custom Pack, and Pacemaker Custom Pack.
- Sole supplier acknowledgementThe supplier acknowledges they will be the sole supplier for all three custom packs under this tender.
- Compatibility of Angio Custom Pack transducersThe transducers within the Angio Custom Pack must be compatible with the McKesson Haemodynamic System, with details on compatibility provided.
- Sample deliveryThe supplier must be able to deliver 5 sample packs of each custom pack by 2pm 2 April 2026 to the specified address at Austin Health.

- Supply chain reliability including assembly and sterilisation within Australia
- Storage capability of 3 months stock on hand for each pack
- Reporting and compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Suppliers must meet mandatory requirements including Supplier Code of Conduct commitment and compliance with Statement of Requirements. Non-compliance results in disqualification.
Assessment of pack labelling, compliance with Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods, standards compliance, sterilisation, and quality control processes.
Evaluation of sample packs for completeness, quality, defect-free condition, and support for clinical workflow and aseptic technique.
Assessment of manufacturing, packaging, warehousing, logistics, sterilisation capabilities, lead times for component changes, and stock holding capacity.
Supplier's relevant experience supplying similar products to Victorian health services and provision of three reference sites with details.
Pricing will be assessed in combination with evaluation scores to determine overall value for money.
