Postage Meters and Folding and Inserting Machines for Electorate Offices

The Commonwealth of Australia, as represented by the Department of Finance (Finance) is approaching the market via this Request for Tender (RFT) to procure folding and inserting machines and postage meters (which support electorate offices with mail preparation). The required managed services include the provision of the Machines, the provision and replenishment of relevant consumables, maintenance and support of the Machines, annual online training, collection of usage data and repair and replacement of Machines for 287 locations across Australia on an as-needed basis. Finance is seeking innovative, value for money proposals from suitable and experienced Tenderers with the necessary experience and capacity to provide the Services to the Australian Government.
