Overview
BGIS on behalf of Melbourne Market Authority (MMA), is seeking to engage the services of a professional organisation to maintain the WI-FI Systems and assist in upgrading the network as required for a period of three (3) years at the Epping market site. There is also a requirement to provide reactive services on an as needs basis.

- Existing BGIS VendorTenderers are asked if they are existing BGIS Vendors.
- Compliance with BGIS Vendor Code of ConductTenderers and proposed employees must agree to act in accordance with the BGIS Vendor Code of Conduct.
- Compliance with BGIS MMA Vendor Pack and PoliciesTenderers and proposed employees must agree to comply with BGIS MMA Vendor Pack and MMA Policies and Procedures.
- Acceptance of BGIS Tendering ConditionsTenderers must review, understand, and agree to follow the BGIS Tendering Conditions.
- Contractor Management Systems and BSAFETenderers must undertake subscription to BGIS CMS (currently Avetta) and understand work order management will be processed through BSAFE.
- IT Security Policy ComplianceTenderers must confirm acceptance and conformance to BGIS Vendor Security requirements.
- Insurance RequirementsTenderers must provide Professional Indemnity (if relevant), Public and Products Liability Insurance of no less than A$20 million per occurrence and in aggregate, and Worker's Compensation insurance as required by law.
- Delivery of LAN & WiFi planned preventative maintenance services as per scope requirements
- Provision of reactive maintenance services per agreed labour rates
- Monthly and annual service and asset condition reporting
- Compliance with BGIS MMA Vendor Pack and policies
- Participation in monthly performance and compliance meetings
- Provision of all necessary tools, equipment, materials, and consumables
- Continuous improvement initiatives and technological advancements implementation
Compliance with BGIS Vendor Code of Conduct, Vendor Pack, Tendering Conditions, Contractor Management Systems, IT Security, and Insurance requirements.
ISO certifications and other relevant accreditations.
Staff management, Safe Work Method Statements, and safety procedures.
Company history, capability statement, delivery approach, experience, subcontracting plans, and referees.
Performance management, management systems, reporting, complaint management, and training.
Diversity programs, employee wellbeing, social engagement, supply chain diversity, and social enterprise status.
Innovative offerings and value-adds proposed by the tenderer.
Acknowledgement and compliance with Modern Slavery Act 2018 (NSW) and related policies.
Adoption of sustainable procurement principles and environmental protection practices.
Compliance with specification and acceptance of subcontract terms without amendment or with noted departures.
