- Legal entityTenders must be submitted by a legal entity or, if a joint tender, by legal entities, with the capacity to contract. The Customer will only enter into an Agreement with such a legal entity or entities.
- Financial capability of TendererThe Tenderer must have appropriate financial capability to provide the Services and Deliverables and to meet the obligations under the Agreement.
- Pre-qualificationThe Tenderer must be pre-qualified under the New South Wales Government's ICT Services Scheme with respect to the categories of Services and Deliverables to be provided under the Agreement.
- VettingIf the Tenderer is awarded the Agreement, it must meet the Customer's personnel requirements and background checks and mandatory security vetting clearance requirements.
