Eligibility Criteria

    A Tender may only be submitted by a recognised and acceptable legal entity with appropriate financial assets and appropriate and current insurance cover.
  • Experience and Key Personnel
    Tenderers must demonstrate relevant experience and the qualifications of key personnel involved in the delivery of services.
  • Meets minimum insurance requirements
    Tenderers must provide evidence of meeting the minimum insurance requirements as specified in the RFT.
  • Capability
    Tenderers must demonstrate their capability to deliver the required services effectively.
  • Meets Modern Slavery requirements
    Tenderers must comply with modern slavery contract clauses as outlined in the RFT.
  • Approach and Methodology
    Tenderers must outline their approach and methodology for delivering the services required.
  • Value for Money
    Tenderers must demonstrate how their proposal offers value for money in the context of the services to be provided.
