To seek tenders from suitable building contractors to construct alterations and additions to the Redbank Fire Station. Scope includes: ▪ Turnout room ▪ Unisex toilet (acts as changing room) ▪ Stand down room with kitchenette ▪ Comms alcove ▪ Hose drying rack ▪ New panel lift door to motor room ▪ and associated site works (including concrete paving, crushed rock driveway & car parking, septic system & new partial boundary fencing)
