Eligibility Criteria
  • Mandatory Participation Criteria
    Respondents must comply with the Schedule of Mandatory Insurances, including Public Liability Insurance of $20 million, Workers Compensation Insurance, Professional Indemnity Insurance of $1 million, Comprehensive Motor Vehicle Insurance, Works Insurance of 130% of Contract Value, and Bank Guarantees of 2 x 2.5% of Contract Value.
  • Compliance with Acts and Regulations
    Respondents must not have been found in breach of any Act or Regulation contrary to the values set out in the RFQ documentation or the values of Council within the last five years.
  • Conflicts of Interest
    Respondents must comply with the Schedule of Statement of Conflicts of Interest and Fair Dealings.
  • Modern Slavery
    Respondents must comply with the Schedule of Responding to Modern Slavery.
  • Statement of Compliance
    Respondents must comply with the Schedule of Statement of Compliance.
Deliverables
  • Design of a subsurface drainage system
  • Construction of the approved drainage design
  • Provision of Works-As-Executed drawings
  • Restoration of all disturbed areas to pre-construction condition
