Eligibility Criteria
  • Scheme membership (SCM0020)
    To be awarded this contract, you may need to be a member of the ICT Services Scheme SCM0020.
  • Social procurement (SME Policy)
    If successful, you will be required to submit quarterly reporting.
  • Conditions for Participation
    The prime organisation must be willing to be pre-qualified on the NSW ICT Services Scheme (SCM0020) in Category M (systems and solution) or Category N (software) by the conclusion of this RFP.
  • Scope components
    The prime organisation must provide responses to all three scope components to be conformed.

  • Provision and configuration of an onboard POS solution
  • Ongoing support, maintenance, and service management
  • Integration of the POS solution with onboard hardware and relevant NSW Trains systems
