Eligibility Criteria

Legal Entity
Applicants must have an Australian Business Number (ABN), an Australian Company Number (ACN) or be registered with the Australian Securities & Investment Commission (ASIC) to carry on business in Australia.
Business Structure
Only Applicants that are recognised and acceptable legal entities to TfNSW will be registered. Sole traders, family partnerships, and unincorporated partnerships are not eligible.
Registration Duration
Registration lasts for three years from the Registration Date for a Service Type.
Service Types
Applicants should only apply for Service Types that reflect their current capabilities and can be demonstrated as in-house or standalone services.

Assessment of the qualifications and experience of key personnel.

Feedback from client referees regarding past performance.

•Registration does not extend to related or subsidiary corporations owned or controlled by the Applicant.
