ICT Managed Services

Westernport Water is seeking a supplier to provide ICT Managed Services, including the ongoing management, support and maintenance or out ICT infrastructure and systems. The scope includes the provision of communication services, WAN/LAN, server, and endpoint monitoring, management and support, software and firmware patching and updates and technical assistance. The contract is expected to cover all ICT services required to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient operation of Westernport Waters ICT environment. All suppliers registered on the e-Services Register and found within the Digital Marketplace, that have registered under Managed services at the time of the release, will be invited to respond.
