Victorian Stroke Telemedicine Equipment, Management and Support Services
Overview
Ambulance Victoria is seeking the supply of Victorian Stroke Telemedicine (VST) Equipment, Management and Support Services. The purpose of this RFT is to engage the market to select a suitably qualified and experienced provider to supply telemedicine software and hardware equipment under a contractual arrangement that includes management and support services of the products. The tender requirements will include, in part, a mandatory selection criterion in the Specification, due to the specialised nature of the equipment. Request documentation will require Tenderers to provide costings for a lease and outright purchase. Installation of the equipment will be required at 22 sites across Victoria, Tasmania and New South Wales (Australia). The Contractor will provide installation, training, and ongoing education of hospital and VST personnel.

- Service Provider Security ComplianceService Providers must comply with Ambulance Victoria's ICT security practices including adherence to Australian Government Protective Security Requirements, ASD Essential Eight, Australian Information Security Manual, ISO standards, Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014, and Health Records Act 2001 where applicable.
- Mandatory Tender RequirementsTenderers must comply with the Supplier Code of Conduct, provide pricing for both leasing and outright purchase options, and meet ten mandatory telemedicine software and hardware requirements including cloud-based SaaS software hosted in Australia, multi-party video conferencing, recording capabilities, image transfer integration, and provision of all necessary licenses.

- Method
- Tender response submission as per Part A Conditions of Tendering; pricing schedules to be submitted separately in Excel format as per Part D Attachment 1.
- •Tenderers must submit pricing for both leasing and outright purchase options; failure to do so will result in tender being set aside.
- •Tenderers must comply with all mandatory telemedicine software and hardware requirements.
- •All equipment delivery, installation, testing, and training costs are to be included in pricing and borne by the contractor.
- •Service providers must comply with Ambulance Victoria's security requirements as detailed in PRO/BTP/031.
- •Non-compliance with Supplier Code of Conduct or mandatory criteria will result in elimination from the RFT process.
