Eligibility Criteria
- Scheme membership (SCM0256)To be awarded this contract, you may need to be a member of the Construction Scheme for works up to $1 million SCM0256.
- Mandatory Requirement 01Tenderers must confirm if they have previously delivered projects that resulted in formal findings or documented instances of reputational risk to any government entity, or if they have been subject to litigation, insolvency proceedings, adverse media coverage, formal disputes with government agencies, or contractual disputes with subcontractors in the past five years.
- Mandatory Requirement 02Tenderers must have experience delivering trail projects in accordance with the International Mountain Bike (MTB) Trail Standards and provide at least one example demonstrating compliance.
- Mandatory Requirement 03Tenderers must attend a mandatory pre-tender meeting on 20 March 2026 at 10:30 AM at Kembla Heights Bowling Club Car Park and confirm attendance with Alannah Dickeson at least 3 business days prior.
- Respond to RFT DocumentsTenderers are required to refer to and provide responses to the requested information in the RFT Documents, including MW21 Title Page, Conditions of Tendering, Tender Schedules, General Conditions of Contract, and Preliminaries.

- Design and construction of a new 3.2 kilometre mountain bike trail near Kembla Heights, NSW.
