Eligibility Criteria

Legal Entity
The Respondent must exist as a legal entity as at the Closing Date.
Statement of Tax Record
Must provide a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record for the respondent and any subcontractor proposed for work over $4 million (GST inclusive).
Compliance with Laws
Must not have adverse judgments against it with respect to Work Health and Safety laws or be listed as a designated entity under the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945.
Non-Exclusion from Government Work
Must not have been precluded from tendering for Australian Government funded work.
Workplace Compliance
Must confirm compliance with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 and not engage illegal workers.
