Eligibility Criteria
  • Legal Entity
    The Principal contracts only with recognised and acceptable legal entities with appropriate financial assets and current professional indemnity insurance cover.
  • Quality Management System
    The Tenderer must have in place a Quality Management System certified to AS/NZS ISO 9001 or demonstrate that equivalent systems are in place.
  • TfNSW Registration
    The Consultant and all applicable subconsultants must be registered on Transport for NSW (TfNSW) Technical Services Registration Scheme in their respective service type.
