The Tenderer must have a Quality Management System certified to AS/NZS ISO 9001.
Legal Entity
The Principal contracts only with recognized and acceptable legal entities with appropriate financial assets and current professional indemnity insurance cover.

Detailed design and technical specifications for water and sewer mains extensions
Concept designs and cost estimates
Site investigations including topographical and geotechnical surveys
Liaison with Essential Energy and local councils for approvals
Tender documentation for construction
