Experience
Registrants must demonstrate experience in delivering comparable projects as a principal contractor, directly engaging with a government organization.
Accreditation
All Respondents must be accredited under the Australian Government Work Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme at the time of entering into the contract for building work.
Compliance with Policies
Respondents must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework, NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct, and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement.

Deliverables

Design and construction of hardstand and internal roads for unloading, loading, and storage of materials and equipment for renewable energy projects
Associated stormwater drainage management
Site access road and crossings over existing stormwater channels
Internal roads, staff amenity buildings, carpark, and ancillary infrastructure
Utility adjustments and provisions within the project area
