Eligibility Criteria
- Legal EntityA Tender may only be submitted by a recognised and acceptable legal entity with appropriate financial assets and current insurance cover.
- Insurance RequirementsTenderers must meet minimum insurance requirements including Public Liability Insurance (minimum cover of $20 million) and Professional Indemnity Insurance (minimum cover of $5 million).
- Compliance with CodesTenderers must comply with the NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct and other relevant guidelines.
- Experience and CapacityTenderers must demonstrate experience and capacity to deliver the required training programs.
Deliverables
- Delivery of one or more Training Programs as required by the sectors.
- Development of a comprehensive training and assessment strategy (TAS).
- Issuance of electronic testamurs within 30 days of program completion.
- Monthly progress reports on training programs.

Acceptable legal entityMandatory
Tenderers must be a recognised legal entity.
Aboriginal, SME and Local ParticipationWeighted
Demonstration of participation from Aboriginal, SME, and local entities.
Meets minimum insurance requirementsMandatory
Tenderers must provide proof of required insurance.

Consideration of sustainable practices in service delivery.
Meets Modern Slavery requirementsMandatory
Compliance with modern slavery legislation.
Experience and CapacityWeighted
Demonstrated experience in delivering similar training programs.
Capability and DeliveryWeighted
Ability to deliver the training programs effectively.
ASQA Accredited Registered Training ProviderMandatory
Must be an active ASQA accredited provider for the applicable courses.
PriceWeighted
Cost-effectiveness of the proposal.
