Eligibility Criteria
  • Mandatory Pre-tender Meeting
    Attendance by tenderers at the pre-tender meeting is mandatory. Tenders submitted by tenderers who fail to attend will be passed over.
  • Mandatory Requirement
    Tenderers must answer YES or NO to three mandatory criteria regarding previous project risks and disputes. If YES, further details must be provided in the MW21 Tender Schedules.
  • Respond to RFT Documents
    Tenderers are required to refer to and provide responses to the requested information in the RFT Documents, including MW21 Title Page, Conditions of Tendering, Tender Schedules, General Conditions of Contract, and Preliminaries.
