Eligibility Criteria
  • Legal Entity
    A Response must be submitted by a legal entity or, if a joint response, by legal entities, with the capacity to contract.
  • ABN and GST Registration
    The Respondent must have a current Australian Business Number (ABN) and be registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST).
  • Location
    The Respondent must reside in New South Wales (NSW) or the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) or live within a 150km radius from NSW.
  • Right to Work
    The Respondent must have the right to work in Australia.
  • Working with Children Check
    The Respondent must hold a current Working with Children Check (WWCC) or be willing to obtain one prior to participation.
  • Insurance
    The Respondent must acquire relevant insurance prior to the first speaking engagement under this agreement.
  • Compliance with Laws
    The Respondent must comply with all Laws including Modern Slavery Laws.
  • Experience
    Respondents must have lived experience of workplace incident, workplace-related injury/illness, or road trauma (injury or death) either personally or as a close family member.
Deliverables
  • Deliver presentations on workplace health and safety based on personal experiences.
  • Participate in training and induction sessions.
  • Engage in media or promotional activities related to the program.
Evaluation Criteria
Public Speaking Experience40%

Demonstrated experience in public speaking or storytelling.

Engagement with Diverse Audiences40%

Demonstrated experience in engaging with diverse audiences (e.g. workplaces, schools, forums).

Prior Speaking Engagements20%

Provide evidence of a minimum of 3 prior speaking engagements of comparable scale and subject matter.
