  • Current Class A Friable Asbestos license
    Tenderers must possess a current Class A license for friable asbestos removal.
  • Modern Slavery information form
    Submission of a duly completed Modern Slavery information form is required.
  • Attendance at mandatory pre-tender meeting
    Tenderers must attend the mandatory pre-tender meeting.
  • Reputational risk history
    Tenderers must disclose any previous projects that exposed the government to reputational risk.
  • Litigation history
    Tenderers must disclose any litigation or insolvency issues in the past 5 years.
  • Community engagement history
    Tenderers must disclose any past reputational risks with local communities.
