RFT25-0022 Jan Juc Beach Access Ramp The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Principal Contractor to deliver the Jan Juc Beach Access Ramp Project under a construct only contract. The Works includes the demolition and removal of the existing beach access ramp structure, followed by construction of a new ramp comprising (but not limited to) timber piles, crossheads, deck beams, FRP deck panels, balustrade systems, and associated minor landscaping works. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for this project at JAN JUC SLSC Club Carpark at 11 AM – Tuesday 17th March 2026
