Arena Hire for Victorian State Schools Spectacular 2026-28

Request for Tender Venue hire services (the Services) are sought under the Invitation to Supply (ITS) for Arena Services for the 2026-2028 Victorian State Schools Spectaculars (VSSS). The annual VSSS is a three-hour (approx.) theatrical event produced as a stadium show, highlighting the work of students and teachers within the Victorian government school education system. Two live performances of the Spectacular are delivered each year to an audience of approximately 6000 people (per show). The performances feature an 80-piece symphonic orchestra, a 1,200-voice choir, 1,200 dancers, puppeteers and circus artists.
