Employee Eligibility
Salary packaging arrangements must be available for full time, part time and casual staff according to Benalla Health (BH) Policies and Procedures.
Service Delivery Start Date
The successful tenderer will be required to commence full-service delivery from 10 August 2026.

Deliverables

Bi-monthly performance review meetings and reports
On-site employee access to contractor representatives
Telephone, fax, and email support with specified response times
Employee documentation including application forms and declarations
Annual customer satisfaction survey
Management and reconciliation of individual employee salary packages
Management of novated leases including reporting and monitoring
Management of meal/entertainment and venue hire benefits
Timely benefit payments and processing of salary package changes
Comprehensive reporting including annual FBT liability, monthly GST input credit, tax invoice, novated lease reports, and annual superannuation reports
Quarterly and annual financial accounting reports
Funds transfer capabilities for employee payments

Conditions & Exclusions

•Employees are responsible for any costs associated with their participation in salary packaging; the Hospital will not be liable for these costs.
•The contractor must manage any changes to Fringe Benefits Tax exemption status and its impact on salary packaging.
•The contractor is responsible for recovering any benefit overpayments and any resulting FBT liabilities if recovery fails.
