Overview

The Lead Customer is proposing to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement to cover Industry and Market Insights Services that assist the Lead Customer and the broader Government procure external services to supplement our work in assisting Australian companies export and find new markets for their products and services. The purpose of the Standing Offer Arrangement (Industry and Market Insights Services Panel) is to provide, timely, high-quality, credible and actionable intelligence and research to support Austrade and Industry partner’s objectives. The Standing Offer Arrangement (Industry and Market Insights Services Panel) will comprise of multiple specialist suppliers offering complementary expertise. Austrade may engage a single provider; or multiple providers collaboratively.

Grant Details

Eligibility Criteria
  • Statement of Tax Record
    A Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record must be provided by the Closing Time, or a receipt demonstrating that a Statement of Tax Record has been requested from the Australian Taxation Office.
  • Agreement to Terms
    Confirmation that the Potential Supplier will agree to the full term/conditions in the CCS DOSO and contract terms with no amendments.

Response to Customer's Requirement

Extent to which the potential Supplier's Response meets the Customer's Requirement set out in the RFQ.

Capability and Capacity

Potential Supplier's demonstrated capability and capacity to provide the Requirement.

Considerations include both the quoted price and any costs that the Customer will incur as a result of accepting the potential Supplier's Response.
